Douglas County Libraries is a meeting place, an archive, a hub, an information center, a cultural guide and, most of all, a proud member of its community. Our online community resources include:

The Community Database, a comprehensive listing of nonprofit community organizations in Douglas County. Organization interests are wide-ranging, including arts, education, hobbies, sports, political action, history and many more topics.

The Cultural Arts Calendar, Cultural activities scheduled throughout Douglas County;

Links to Douglas County Media, including the Douglas County Libraries’ Media Partners and Douglas County publications;

Community Links: to local governments, legal authorities and public facilities, arranged by county area;

The Students Help OUT Douglas County (SHOUT) directory, providing specific contact information for high school students in Douglas County to fulfill their community service requirements for graduation;

The Douglas County Youth & Family Resource Guide, maintained by the Douglas County Youth Initiative, a collaborative project between Douglas County government, the Douglas County School District, the City of Lone Tree, the Town of Castle Rock, the Town of Parker, and Douglas County Libraries.
